can u beleive it?

$4B US Chevron profit adds fuel to consumer rage

George bush seems to be in deep trouble and this is why..

the oil company's profit soared 49 per cent this year!!

and.. Chevron said it would have made $300 million US more if it hadn't been for hurricanes Katrina and Rita last year. Without those hurricanes, Chevron would have generated the highest quarterly profit in the company's 127-year history.

so sad.. i feel bad for all these multi-billionaires

virus with a sense of humour?

this is hilarious.. spyware.. malware.. and now ransomware

A new kind of malware circulating on the Internet freezes a computer and then asks for a ransom paid through the Western Union Holdings money transfer service.

The malware, which Sophos named Troj/Ransom-A, is one of only a few viruses so far that have asked for a ransom in exchange for releasing control of a computer, Cluley said.

The new Trojan falls into a class of viruses described as "ransomware." The schemes had been seen in Russia, but the first one appeared in English just last month.

cant let go

its happening all over the planet.. people in power seem to have difficulty letting go..
Gyanendra instead of letting go had to give it up. (India was watching all the drama "closely", but i dont understand why.. yet.)
Premier Silvio Berlusconi of italy refuses to resign even after he lost in the elections!
elsewhere.. throngs of jubilant Solomon Islanders packed the streets Wednesday, cheering and waving palm fronds to celebrate the resignation of an unpopular prime minister whose election sparked two days of violent riots.
meanwhile.. there is talk of one more n-inspection in iran.. pre-cursor to another war?
